Design CADs/prints/YDs for woven shirt from concept to finalization

Merchandise color/pattern assortments for design meetings 

Prepare seasonal line presentations for the sales team using Browzwear Lotta 3D & Visulon

Executive and design patterns for development using Illustrator, Photoshop, DobbyPro & Kaledo

Create/update/pass-off design & pattern pitch to RM/PA for development and production  

Responsible for handlooms, strike off, including layout, color, handfeel & entering comments within Centric PLM

Finalize patterns per account buy & coordinate sample request with merchandising team

Create compelling trend boards with the ability to conceptualize and develop ‘Big Ideas - Initiatives’

Develop seasonal color palettes and pull inspirational imagery, design details

Select patterns provided by mills/in house CAD team and pitch in seasonal color palette per brand

Build out seasonal line and create boards showcasing patterns/swatches for style-out presentation

Prepare professional presentation boards with illustrations, CAD artwork, fabrication and garment samples

Build out seasonal design packages which include color, pattern, program & finish details

Create designs based on Merchant line sku plans and incorporate feedback for finalization

Present design initiatives, color stories, and trend to Senior Designer 

Coordinate information to Product Administrator for line list set up & development as well as model/block development
